In this episode, we are joined by Tatum Prins, a world-renowned endurance and adventure racing athlete. Tatum was one of, if not the top female athletes in her field, competing in some of the toughest events we have ever heard of. Her ultimate challenge however has been the journey of becoming a mother.
She has since co-founded Mountain Runner, an events company that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle while enjoying the awe-inspiring scenery that South African trails have to offer.
Tatum’s story is one of triumph over tremendous obstacles. Physically she has endured things we couldn’t possibly fathom, like a non stop 410 km trail race, while she has also had to balance the inevitable routine of a domestic lifestyle since giving up racing full time.
